As a website designer, I’ve been seeing a fascinating shift in how the marketing industry is changing. It’s not just about creating visually appealing websites anymore—businesses are now using AI and data-driven decision-making to provide better services and improve their operations. What’s even more exciting is how our clients, many of whom are small businesses, are getting involved in this shift, adopting AI to solve problems and explore new services.
This transformation is happening across industries, and I’d like to share a few examples of how this is playing out in real time.

One trend that’s popping up is how small businesses are starting to leverage digital tools to enhance their service offerings. Take home remodeling companies, for example.
